All online orders for premium marinades, rubs, sauces, accessories, and equipment are processed through our secure e-commerce platform. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Product Availability & Pricing:

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information without prior notice. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Delivery:

Ember & Stone Provisions ships across Canada, with special consideration for our Vancouver and Lower Mainland customers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues) are beyond our control.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our artisanal products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened food items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Grilling accessories and equipment may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless defective. Please contact us at info@emberandstone.ca to initiate a return or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

Ember & Stone Provisions offers seasonal grilling workshops designed to enhance your outdoor cooking skills. Registration for workshops is confirmed upon full payment. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior will receive a 50% refund or full credit for a future workshop.
• No refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop, or for no-shows.

Ember & Stone Provisions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are expected to adhere to safety guidelines provided by instructors and to respect fellow attendees and our facilities. Any damages caused by negligence will be the participant's responsibility.

Photography & Media:

Ember & Stone Provisions may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media, unless you explicitly notify us in writing prior to the event.

All content on the Ember & Stone Provisions website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipe formulations, and workshop materials, is the property of Ember & Stone Provisions or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, print, and download portions of material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use.
